01Who I am

The Design Shop (“I”, “me”) is the personal design and development practice of Satyam Dubey, based in India, operating https://thedesignshop.studio. This policy explains what I collect when you use the site or book a call, and what I do with it.

02What I collect

When you book a call you give me your name, email address, business name, what you need, and the time slot you chose. That is everything the booking form asks for.

The site uses privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking) to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not identify you.

I do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

03How I use it

To confirm and hold the call you booked, to read your requirements before we speak, and to follow up about your project. I send you one automated confirmation email with my deck attached, and I email you afterwards about the work — nothing else, and no marketing lists.

04Who else handles it

Scheduling runs on Cal.com, email delivery on Resend, hosting on Vercel, and analytics on Plausible. Each processes only what it needs to do its job, under its own privacy terms. I do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

05How long I keep it

Booking details stay in my calendar and inbox for as long as we are talking about, or working on, a project, and for my records afterwards. Ask and I will delete them.

06Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@thedesignshop.studio.

07Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
