  1. 01Using this site

    By using https://thedesignshop.studio you agree to these terms. The site presents the work and services of The Design Shop, the personal practice of Satyam Dubey, and lets you book a call. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

  2. 02Booking a call

    Booking a call is free and creates no obligation on either side. Any engagement is agreed separately, in writing, with its own scope, timeline and fee. Nothing on this site is a quote.

    Please book in good faith. I may cancel bookings that look automated, duplicated or unrelated to design and development work.

  3. 03Intellectual property

    The design, copy, code and imagery of this site belong to The Design Shop unless stated otherwise. Client work is shown with the client’s knowledge; the brands, logos and products shown remain the property of their owners.

    You may link to the site. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content or code without written permission.

  4. 04Third-party links

    Case studies link to live client websites and social profiles that I do not control. Their content and terms are their own.

  5. 05No warranties

    The site is provided as is. I aim to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and I am not liable for loss arising from its use.

  6. 06Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of India.
